UV-tanning, grounding and everything else prior to varnishing has been dealt with, and here are some unique pictures.
This is the first time I have been able to document the varnishing. Possible thanks to the software accompanying the camera.

The viscosity of the varnish is controlled with great precision with the aide of a miniature viscosity meter and a stop watch.
